About Me

Cindy Ridgway is a Licensed Mental Health Practitioner  providing  individual, couples and family therapy, and maintains a private practice in  Omaha, Nebraska. 

Her office is conveniently located  one block east of  72nd Street on Mercy Road. The direct street address is   7101 Mercy Road  Suite 200.   Omaha NE 68106.   Cindy's office is across the street from College of St. Mary.

With over twenty  years experience as a Psychotherapist, and as a graduate of  University of Nebraska  with a Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work,  Cindy  specializes  in  marriage and couples therapy.    She  is currently serving as a private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. Among  her areas of expertise are  treating couples with difficult  and long-standing complex issues as well as the treatment of   newly engaged or married couples wanting to  start their marriage on the right foot by learning preventative tools for building strong marriages.  Ms. Ridgway also has extensive expertise  in working with both men and women who are depressed, anxious, or  in need of   assistance with coping with stress. 

In addition to being a prominent relationship therapist,  Cindy Ridgway has participated in the training and mentoring of a number of  individuals pursuing their Master Degrees in Counseling and Guidance and Social Work. 

Ms.  Ridgway is an interactive, solution-focused therapist. Her  therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. She integrates complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, she  works with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
